The Christian Science Community is centred in Boston, U.S.A. where the Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist was built in 1894. Also in Boston is the Christian Science Publishing Society, which is responsible for the Monthly Christian Science Journal and Christian Science Herald, the weekly Christian Science Sentinel, and the Christian Science Monitor, a world-respected newspaper.
The Journal and Sentinel are English language publications containing inspriational articles and thoughts, and verified testimonies of healing. The Herald has similar content but is in German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
There are Christian Science churches, societies and informal groups in over a hundred countries throughout the world, and where there are churches you will also find Christian Science Practitioners, who dedicate their lives to helping others find healing through prayer.
You can find publications, resources, churches and practitioners through the links on the righthand side of this page.
